GenB Security Service Inc. was founded in 2019 by Allen B. Bantolo, a decorated police officer who started the company after his retirement from service. The company's core values are based on its founder's experiences in the field of police intelligence and operations.

GenB Security Service Inc. security guards undergo extensive training before they are deployed to their respective assignments. They are knowledgable of relevant provisions of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines and special penal laws. Thus, GenB Security Service Inc. security guards carry out their responsibilities in a manner which is in conformity with the law without exposing their employers' to legal liabilities.

GenB Security Service Inc. guards are also skilled in handling security equipment, marksmanship, disarming techniques, among many others. They are also trained on emergency preparedness and can handle fire and earthquake emergencies, crisis management during strikes, lockouts and riots, and hostage situations.

Aside from ensuring that the company security guards are competent and capable, GenB Security Service Inc. instills the importance of courtesy, discipline, personal hygiene, gender sensitivity, public relations, and moral values to the company security guards. Hence, GenB Security Service Inc. are not only qualified for their security duties but are are also responsible members of the community.

Before deployment, the company security guards also go through a mandatory Neuro-Psychiatric and Physical Tests and Drug Test.

To ensure their readiness and responsiveness to developments in the law, technology, and society, GenB Security Service Inc. security guards regularly undertake refresher training courses which include classes on updates in pertinent laws and regulations affecting security.

Depending on the security solution needed by the client, GenB Security Service Inc. security guards can be mobilized to patrol and supervise the front door for large organizations, oversee transportation security, or guard cash or valuables. The company security guards can also assist the client with security services for neighborhood patrols, shopping malls, religious institutions, universities, gated communities, parking lots, apartment buildings, art galleries, and many more important venues.

About the Founder

PBGen. Allen B. Bantolo (Ret.) graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1983. In 1993, he received the PMAAA Cavalier Award as recognition for his achievements in Police Operations. In his 32-years of service as a police officer, he made significant contributions to the Anti-Bank/Armed Robbery Operations, Anti-Kidnapping Operations, Anti-Fraud Operations, Anti-Trafficking in Firearms, Anti-Illegal Drug Operations, and Counter-Terrorism Operations in the Philippines.

In 2019, he founded the GenB Security Services Inc. He personally manages the day-to-day operations of the security agency. His employees compose of police and military-trained personnel.

Alena Pias P. Bantolo, MD, DPCPOfficer
Dr. Alena Pias is a Cardiology Fellow-in-Training at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital.
She finished her Internal Medicine Residency training at the same institution in 2018.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and Doctor of Medicine degrees at the University of Santo Tomas.

Alene Marie P. Bantolo, CPAOfficer
Alene Marie graduated Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Santo Tomas on May 2012 and passed the Certified Public Accountant Board Exams on October 2012 in Manila, Philippines.
From November 2012 up to August 2019, she gained over 6 years of combined audit experience from internal audit co-sourcing, financial audit IT integration, and external audit engagements with SGV & Co.
She acquired relevant experience in auditing IT general controls, revenue/order to cash, purchase-to-pay/selling & marketing expenses, in various industries.

Atty. Aleana Cecilia P. BantoloOfficer
Aleana Cecilia completed her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, specializing in Corporate & Business Law.
In 2017, she earned her bachelor’s degree in AB Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas where she co-founded UST Hiraya, the first intersectional feminist organization in the university.

Pia Marie CeciliaP. BantoloCorporate Secretary
Pia Marie Cecilia graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Journalism in 1986.
Immediately thereafter, she was recruited at the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence under the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (OJ2, GHQ, AFP) as Researcher.
She moved to the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) under the Office of the President where she worked as an Intelligence Officer.
She taught Technical Writing and Research at the University of the East -Caloocan as a part-time college professor.
Pia Marie Cecilia is married for thirty years to PBGen Allen B. Bantolo (Retired), and is blessed with three daughters.
